Hello david i have a little problem after developing with HMVC style i was looking for ways to link the modules to the main controller using the modules::run() function but it keeps giving me bunch of errors about ci being redeclared. DO you have any cool way to do this without the errors?
|mezie (Friday 27th of March 2015 at 02:05:12 PM, GMT)

|Unknown (Wednesday 11th of February 2015 at 02:28:45 PM, GMT)
These tutorials are fantastic. I am so glad I am learning codeignitor using the HMVC plugin because the original framework looks so sloppy and disjunctive in comparison. These little code modules make it so easy to follow. I'm also so glad you included the code to copy since it was hard to keep up with your typing during the lone ranger theme song. Cheers and thanks. Well Done !

Outstanding series! I'm new to CodeIgniter and HMVC, and you make it very easy to learn. I'm going to be a rock star!
I'm a little fuzzy on controlling the navigation with a drag-and-drop feature. I hope you start a new tutorial on navigation. Also, should you create such a tutorial, please, include complex navigation with nested pages.
Future rock stars need feeding!
Thank you for your hard work, and sharing your talent.

I really am enjoying your videos but im having a hard time with creating a template, i did it alittle different and created 1 view with multiple views being called inside of it. I got it working until I tried to pass data to it, im using all the exact code you are using here.
home is the main view which calls all the other views
i am trying to add a form to the main_body view
so my home view looks like this
then im trying to add the login form to main_body
$data['view_file'] = "loginform";
and i am getting this error.
( ! ) SCREAM: Error suppression ignored for
( ! ) Fatal error: Call to undefined method Template::home() in C:\wamp\www\application\modules\users\controllers\users.php on line 18
line 18 is $this->template->home($data);
any help would be great!
thanks so much

|Davcon (Tuesday 2nd of July 2013 at 05:42:26 PM, GMT)
Hi dwpegues. I haven't figured out how to do that with the software I'm using. However, I'm trying my best to zoom in and out when I need to. Eventually I'd like to add all the files to Git Something so that folks from the Insider Club can download everything for free. I'm looking forward to that.
|dwpegues (Tuesday 2nd of July 2013 at 01:13:11 PM, GMT)
David, is it possible to have a 720p version of your videos available? Thanks.
